  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Cannot change activate own certificate for Panel

Hi,

after updating Plesk my certificate for securing the Panel has changed to the default certificate. I want to use my own certificate (which I also used for Plesk 9.5). But every time when I try it is not changed. What I am doing:

From the list of the certificates I mark my certificate and press "Secure Panel" (I hope its the right translation from German). Afterwards Plesk shows a message that it reloads the certificate. After some seconds the page is loaded but my certificate is not used for any site...

Is this a bug? Do you know an alternative way?

Best Regards
Holger

I have the same problem

After uploading a new certificate I can't substitute the "default certificate" by my own one. When I try to change the certificate by selecting the new one in the drop down box under "Web Hosting Settings" I get the error message
"Unable to change the certificate because this IP address is being used in one or several hosting accounts."

It's no difference when I disable "Enable SSL support" for the domain or when I suspend the entire domain first.
