Cannot Delete Database or Domain

Hi created a domain in Plesk and attempted to restore a database into MS SQL. Some where along the line it did not like the restore procedure and didn't successfully restore the db. I then tried to delete the database and tried again and it would not let me saying it is in the middle of a restore:

Delete database user failed: Database 'cms_volunteer' cannot be opened. It is in the middle of a restore.

I also tried to delete the domain but get the same error. How can I delete the database and the domain and start fresh? Is there anyway to tell it that the restore is finished so it can complete the deleting? Any other suggestions?

u will have to contact ur host to delete the database
