Issue Cannot get Ruby app to run

I've had multiple attempts at fixing the issue but couldn't manage to get it done. The Ruby app in question is the Sendgrid Eventkit. I'm using Plesk Onyx with standard Ruby support, only exception that Ruby 2.2.4 is added and registered into Plesk.

Error loading RubyGems plugin "/usr/local/rvm/gems/ruby-2.2.4@global/gems/gem-wrappers-1.3.2/lib/rubygems_plugin.rb": cannot load such file -- gem-wrappers (LoadError)

Still the same error message afterwards.
