We have a recent (just over a month) installation of Plesk 9.2.1 on Ubuntu in a Virtuozzo 4 container on Fedora.
After we had our OS HDD replaced last night due to a suspected fault (the server was doing strange things and occasionally showing input/output errors) we're now left with an issue with one domain, in that in Plesk you can't get into it. If you click on the domain when logged in as admin you get this:
Plesk diagnostics
The service is not available now.
Contact your provider for details.
Internal Plesk error occurred:
Unable to init Account object:
Which is a pretty useless error, so we decided to try to delete and recreate the domain, but if you try to do that it comes up with the same error after you confirm the action.
I did read some other threads which suggest repairing the database, which made no difference, and /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/domain -r but this does not exist (perhaps becuase it's in a virtuozzo container?)
Has anyone come across this issue before? Do you have suggestions on how to resolve the problem?
Please help
