• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

cannot set ftp username and password

Hi, my hosting is using plesk 7.0.3, i tried to setup ftp authentication for my website, after click ok, it prompts me a message saying that "some fields are empty or contain an improper value. Do not use quotes, space and national alphabet characters in a password. The password should be between 5 and 14 characters and should not contain the login name as its part."

Had I missed out something?
