    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Cannot update from 11.0.9 (Error: no enabled Yum repo)

I cannot update from plesk 11.0.9 to 11.5.x
I am hosted by GoDaddy and the mirror was set to their servers without showing any available updates, I changed mirror settings to "plesk servers", it shows an 11.5.x version available but when I try to update I get this:

Please check your yum repo through command and also try to upgrade your plesk panel through command line

First command shown some mirror repos from my host.
Second command started to install/update and after less than a minute it ended with restarting some of the services:

I think you will have to manually enable the "base" and "updates" repos in /etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Base.repo on your server then try to upgrade your plesk panel theough web interface
