• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Cannot Upload Anything (File Too Big)

Mark Bailey

Basic Pleskian
We are having reports that people can't upload anything via File Manager or apps like WordPress. They see a 2 MB upload limit in WordPress, though our PHP configuration has a max upload size of 32M and a max post size of 64M. We tested File Manager and were unable to upload an 18K file. (Yep, that's just a K.) "File too big. Try uploading via FTP". This appears to be a known bug bet we've followed the resolution steps to no avail. Any ideas?

Thanks. However, as mentioned, I have done the troubleshooting and it still doesn't work. Attached are the PHP settings for this domain. Yet I still can't upload even the smallest file (18K or so) to File Manager without that error.
