• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Can't access Plesk Business Manager

Hi,

I have recently upgraded to Plesk panel 10.1.1 from 9, but I am unable to access the business manager aspects of Plesk.

I have done some searching and updated the single sign on hostname (so that it doesn't redirect me to localhost.localdomain any more) and I've made sure that ports are open in iptables (as per kb#391).

However, whenever I click on anything to do with the business manager from the plesk panel I am taken to a blank page.

For example, if I click on service plans, I am taken to https://ukserv1.xtradog.com:8443/pl...kserv1.xtradog.com:8443&context=billing-plans

(note, ukserv1.xtradog.com:8443 is how I access my control panel and that works fine).

Any help would be much appreciated :)
