Can't add Subdomain to one of my Domains

AngeliqueV

New Pleskian
Hello everyone

I am like really new when it comes to the Parallels Plesk Panel. So forgive me if my explanation of my Problem might be a bit hard to understand.

My current Setup with the Domains is as follows:
DomainA -> folder on the Server
DomainB -> forwarded e.g. google.com
Sub1.DomainB -> forwarded to ServerIP with Port
DomainC -> folder on the Server

When I now try to add a new Subdomain it only shows me DomainA and DomainC as an option for the Subdomain creation. I'm not sure when I made the Sub1.DomainB but apparently then it was still working.

Is the reason that I can't make another Subdomain on DomainB because it's forwarded to somewhere? If so what would be the best way for me to make one, without deleting the forwarded site.

Thanks for your help.

Xoxo

You should be able to create a sub-domain even though it's primary domain name is forwarded!

If creating a sub still fails, then alternatively instead create a domain name rather than a sub-domain with name sub2.domainb.com.
