• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Can't get past "Tell us what you think about Plesk" pop-up after login

Hi

I installed AWS Lightsails Plesk setup, to be honest I didn't realise Plesk was time-limited and it has now expired. When I login to plesk I can see a list of Server items in the background (faded out) but I can't access them because of the pop-up (see attached). It doesn't matter if I fill it in and submit, cancel or click the x it keeps popping up and I can't see the details in the background. Doesn't work in incognito mode either.

Any ideas on how to get rid of the popup?

Try another browser, or try to clear all cookies and cache.
If it does not help check if any errors in /var/var/log/plesk/panel.log
