Resolved Can't login to roundcube after creating an account

I migrated an account to Plesk Onyx from Plesk 12.5. The account had no email addresses on it when I migrated. In Onyx I created an email account and cannot login with the password I created, any ideas?

I resynced the domain and not it works.
