• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

As the topic states... I get a bounce back when using PHP SCRIPTS and even when using the HORDE email when sending mail to anything@domainname.org -- Plesk doesnt seem to like .org extensions... anyone know what I am doing wrong??

well, if it bounces it also encloses information about why it does so.. doesn't it??
 
check in the smtp log of mailenable
there you see the communication protokol

in principle it is to be found out simply it. you can examine mail adress check programs which run on the plesk server. which examines whether it the mailadresse gives.it gives also there a log
