  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

CBM - How to change the number of retry attempts for declined transactions

It looks like declined transactions are retried 6 times each day. Is there any way to change that to be less, like twice daily.
 
AFAIK it is hardcoded. Looks like it works through ProcessPaymentQueue task which start each 4 hours. You can increase interval of running this task but it affects interval of all transactions but not only declined.
Also you can disable processing of declined transactions in All Settings > Automatic Payments and process them manually.
