Issue Change email limit does not work

Plesk Obsidian 18.0.31 Debian 9

I have a client with a limit of 20 mails per hour (sent) I updated the limit to 300 (domain and subscription also) but it does not work, see the capture, as you can see the limit is 300 but he can only send 20. I changed 300 to 200 or 50 but it is the same...

There are three levels of limitation:
subscription
domain
mailbox
You only mention two of them. What about the mailbox level?

Yes, all leves are set at 300, mailbox, domain and subscription. Also I set 300 mails manually to this mailbox (instead of the general limitation, 300 too) but it does not work,
