CHMOD error and PERL not working

Hi,

I'm getting this same error over and over.
First i can't run paypal.pl perl script on my cgi-bin folder.

And other thing is that i have this script that is always saying "You MUST have CHMOD set to 766" and i did change CHMOD to 766 and it keeps saying that

what should i do??

If you still have problems, give me more details about this situation. Where do you try to run the script? Did you try to run it manually directly on the server?
