ClamAV (not installed) Bug? what

However we had installed ClamAV plesk does not detects it?

is there a special thing to do for plesk to detect it? such as ACL config

plesk 7.5.4 , clam is installed from clamwin.net

yeh, i lately figured it out as well.


btw, just one more thing, drweb is better? or clamav?

i have used drweb for a year, but recent trouble of email made it a nightmare.

Actually the best is to integrate an AV to your SMTP since PLESK AV solutions are not reliable...

however clamAV seems integrated with PLESK it is not true at least for me, we use ClamAV with also linux servers with no problem.

Merak Does Not support clamAV so we use McAffee but mcaffee skips Win.Bagle and phishing stuff so as a second wall we are tying to integrate clamAV with plesk. But unfortunately this is not possible...

after integrating your clamAV be sure to check clamd runs and clamd.log has detection entries in it.
