ClamWin Free Antivirus 0.87.1 don't work

Hello to all members in this forum.
I have installed ClamWin Free Antivirus 0.87.1
Plesk CP have recognized it and I choose to use clamAV

but despite it , virus are not been deleted by clamAV

how I checked it ?
I have download a file of a fake virus.
from the following link:
http://www.eicar.org/anti_virus_test_file.htm

and I sent it to my self.
and I got the file as I sent it.
so , ClamAV doesn't work.

someone know what I need to do ?

by the way , the path where clamAV is installed in my server is :
C:\Program Files\ClamWin\bin

by the way , whene I run the freshclam.exe file , then I get the following error msg :
ERROR: Can't parse the config file /usr/local/etc/clamd.conf

thanks to all who help me.
 
Please check ClamWin Antivirus -> Virus Scanner -> Virus DB Version and update it necessarily.

I use Plesk 7.5.4 for windows

and also Plesk recognized ClamAv

but despite it , ClamAv doesn't work properly and there are viruses in mailboxes

by the way , The DB of the antivirus is up to date
 
On 7.5.6 sending a sample from clamav linux (clam.zip), it is rejected by clamwin. So seem to work fine.

I get the following error from The Plesk Scheduler notification

The task output is attached to the e-mail Ended with code 62: Thu Dec 29 21:00:01 2005

and inside the attached file , the content is :

ERROR: Problem with internal logger.
ERROR: Can't open /cygdrive/c/clamav-devel/log/freshclam.log in append mode (check permissions!).

so as I understand there is permission problem with the log file : freshclam.log

so the question is , which user is running this Schedule task ?
