Client access to limits

I migrated a bunch of accounts from cPanel to Plesk. I'm wondering. how is the client (reseller) supposed to modify the individual domain limits? When I log-in with the client username, go to limits under a specific domain, I'm not able to modify it.

Suggestions?
 
Anyone know how to fix this sort of thing or am I on my own?
