client and domain templates -- help?!?

Hi, I am using an automated billing software whmcs
and I have 3 packages to offer clients, here is an example - purchase this for 100.00 - 60 gig of bandwidth, up to 10 domains etc etc etc.
how would I go about setting up the clients and domain templates so the domain templates dont over exceed what the client buys? like I want them to be able to set up 10 domains but not go over the allocated 60 gig of bandwidth and 10 gig of space I have given them.
PLEASE HELP!
