Issue CPMove Files Manually to Plesk

Hello, I have several CPmove.gz files and i cannot seem to get the cpanel backups to migrate into the Plesk. I don't have FTP access to use migration. I have been trying different things for 2 weeks. Can someone please assist me. Thank you
