  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Crontab not executing after migrating to new server

Hello,

I have migrated my sites from an old server running Plesk to a new server that's also running Plesk and the one crontab I had defined stopped executing. I may have an ideea why: when I look at the crontab of the given site, I see that the crontab is running under the user named 'woodprof', however when I look at Server -> Scheduled tasks I don't see this user.

Any hints highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

You need to look at Domains > [domain] > Crontab. Server > Scheduled Tasks only shows crontabs of 'other' system users. Check /var/log/cron* for error messages.

The tasks appear in the per domain crontab ( Domains > [domain] > Crontab ) and the log doesn't show anything suspicious. But they're still not executing. :(
