  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Custom Add Ons Have No Effect on Subscription?

Mr Fett

Basic Pleskian
Hi all,

Apologies for my frequent posts - I'm really still trying to learn Plesk. At the moment there's one problem that I keep hitting: I've created a number of 'Addons' for additional domains (so a customer can have more than just one domain pointed to their subscription).

I got to the customers subscription and select 'Add Ons' from available operations.
I select 'Add New Add-On' and select the add on I want

When I go to the subscription page I can see the new add-on listed and the charge (although no invoice is generated which I find strange). When I try to add a domain name I still get a message saying:

There are no resources of this type (sites) available from your service provider. Requested: 1; available: 0.

I had a similar problem with another subscription where I added hard disk space and it didn't show up until I'd rebooted the server.

Anyone got any ideas?

Bob
