  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Custom Web app publishing

I have a Reseller client that has a custom app that requires a virtual directory with special permissions. The app uses a MS Excel add-in as its front end on the user PC. Is there a way to register and publish this app for the resellers web sites without have to create the folder and set the permission by hand?

I tried the same kind of thing few months back but unfortunately couldn't find any reasonable solution for it and I had to create the folder and set the permission by hand.
