• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

DigitalSplendid

Regular Pleskian
Server operating system version

Plesk Obsidian v18.0.46_build1800220920.14 os_Ubuntu 20.04
My WordPress website is hosted on AWS Lightsail using Plesk Web Admin edition. On AWS Lightsail, the IP address is 3.109.135.151. But under the actual website in Plesk admin, it is showing in FTP Access 13.126.136.25(shared). While updating A records of connected domain with the website, which one should I use?

It is thinkable that a server has more than one IPv4 address. You can then connect with both, but only one will be associated with the web server for your domain. It is also possible that one public and one internal IP are in use. That really depends on your specific installation and can only be found out either on your server or by asking the one who has provisioned the server.
