  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question Different Filename for Plesk Backup

Dirk

Basic Pleskian
Right now Plesk uses the filename backup_xxxxxxxxx.tar
Since I am using a remote service (google drive) to upload it, every backup uses space. If there would be a way, that the filename was without the "_xxxxxxxxxxx", it would overwrite the old backups. Since Google-Drive and Dropbox both are using versions, that would be awesome. 30 days would be available and only little space wasted.
So: is there a way to convince plesk to name the backups that are uploaded only "backup.tar"?
