Disable "Mailing Lists" on Plesk Panel

Dear Support,

How can I disable "Mailing Lists" on Plesk Panel 11.0.9? (Mail->Mailing lists)

Functionality - not working properly, mailing lists not active on service plan, but all users can see menu Mail->Mailing Lists and use this option.

How can I fix this?

Just set "Mailing lists" resource in subscription to 0.
