I've followed http://kb.odin.com/en/119027, we don't have the checkbox for "Sites published with Presence Builder", as I've seen in screenshots. Doing the SQL method was fine but we still keep getting email notifications that our customers are approaching or already exceeded the limits and they're getting upset. We're using Plesk 12.0.18
