    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS.

Is there a way to disable entire domains and client accounts from the command line? In addition, how far back does this ability go -- most of our customers are on 8.x installs, but we have a few on 7.5.4.
