If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

DKIM for Plesk

Andrei_Costancianu

New Pleskian
Hello all,

With all this spam issue, DKIM becomes more of a requirement.

I've searched many online links but did not find anything that would indicate a good clean guide for installing DKIM(not DomainKeys) on Plesk/Ubuntu or Plesk/CentOS (for Postfix).

Anyone can provide a guide/link to this?

Additionally, could this be implemented in Plesk "Add/Remove Components"? It would be nice to have this as component ready to be installed through the Plesk GUI.

Thank you.

I used this post:

http://blog.matoski.com/articles/spf-dk-dkim-plesk-debian/

to help me configure DKIM on both of my plesk servers. It worked like a charm. Only thing to note that that article does not mention is you may have to go to /etc/opendkim.conf and change Mode from v to sv

So it would look like this:

Code:
# Selects operating modes. Valid modes are s (sign) and v (verify). Default is v.
# Must be changed to s (sign only) or sv (sign and verify) in order to sign outgoing
# messages.
Mode sv

Let me know if you need help, I had great luck with that tutorial!
