Resolved DNS not resolving

CentOS 7

Plesk version and microupdate number

Plesk Obsidian 18.0.53

My domain isn't propagating and it's driving me nuts.
The ns1 records are cached only in a few parts of the world and it's been over 24 hours.

I've got my domain set up correctly in Namecheap (nameservers glue pointing towards my server ip)
I've got records set up in plex but my domain is not resolving:

Why isn't it working?

Maybe UDP port 53 is blocked either by the firewall on your system or by a firewall in front of the server?

It looks like these are open. After checking this, I tried disabling the firewall overnight and still not working.

[root@server1 ~]# nmap -p 53 -sU 74.208.106.95

Got it, TCP / UDP Port 53 was filtered. Thank you Peter!
