  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hello,

We've got an issue where we used WHMCS to create a new account and subscription however it displayed an error now it seems that I can't add manually as it advises there is already a DNS Zone created.

We've searched and deleted all the records however it keeps displaying the error.

Anybody have any suggestions?

What error text?

When I update a customer email address it will delete the zone file. I have to manually re-create zone files using editor.

I am using Bind DNS on Plesk 10.1.
