  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question Does plesk take a nginx.conf file into account if added in the root folder of website?

inado1

Basic Pleskian
I have a wordpress installation and I run through NGINX without apache. I have installed a cache plugin on my wordpress installation, W3C total cache. This plugin added a nginx.conf file to the root folder of my wordpress installation. This file includes nginx directives for the cache. Does Plesk take this nginx.conf file into account as it would be if it was a .htaccess file?
If not, i know I have to copy paste those directives in the field under apache & nginx settings in plesk
Thank you in advance.
