Question Domain access using File Server Extension

Chad Tomlinson

New Pleskian
Hi,

We want to setup the File Server Extension so that users can quickly transfer files to the assigned domains and be visible online. As root I can login without issues, and can successfully transfer files, but as I can’t assign the root account to more than one user in Plesk it limits the number of accounts that can be assigned to the domain.

Using the System User account for the user in the File Server Extension, I always get permission errors in Windows, when any other user other than root tries to login. Ideally we want several users to have restricted access to different parts of the domain, and be able to transfer files that are visible on the Internet with all the correct permissions etc.

Can anyone help?
