Resolved Domain Alias - Not available

I have 3 windows servers running Plesk 12.5 and all the settings are the same in all of them but in one of them customers cannot add "Domain Alias"!!!, the button is not there!
I have checked the subscription settings and they are the same as other two servers.
Any idea how to troubleshoot the issue?
