Domain Alias: There are incorrect parameter values.

We can't add domain aliases for some reason:
# ./domalias -c thedomainalias.com -domain themaindomain.com
There are incorrect parameter values.

Can anyone please provide some insight.

I had the same problem. Ended up having a blank CNAME record in my DNS settings.
