Domain configuration issues

I've tried to edit a configuration on the website when Plesk gives me the error....

Unable to generate the web server configuration file on the host <server.live-servers.net> because of the following errors:

Please resolve the errors in web server configuration templates and generate the file again.

When I try to reconfigure the domains in SSH, I get this message....

Thanks for the link. However, it suggests the fix is in PHP 5.3.3 and I am currently running 5.3.3-22.el5_10

In Plesk, When I log in, I receive the following error on the homescreen:

When I select the 'click here to retry generating broken configuration' URL to fix the error, it then displays 'permission denied'.

I forgot to mention that this is only happening on this one domain (it's an irish .ie domain, but I would safely assume this would not be a contributing factor).

We're running Plesk 11.0.9 (was formerly 9, but we upgraded our installation over the last couple of years), but my suspicion is that the upgrades and other installed modules (i.e. ruby, fail2ban, etc) might be causing some conflicts somewhere as I know that with Fail2Ban running, I have to manually start psa-firewall after a reboot, else the plesk firewall rules are ignored.
