  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Domain Owner & Backup

Regular Pleskian
I have a question about how I should have the server set up and backups.
I the admin manages all of the domains on my server.
QUESTION:
Should I put all of the subscriptions under my name OR should I set up a Customer and put them all under that Customer?

Part 2 of the question:
If I put them all under my admin then where do I get to the backup manger for me? I see it under the client account but not for me the admin.
I do see it under the "Tools & Utilities" when I am in admin, is that for everone?

I am still learning the new system layout.
Thanks for any help.
Brad
