• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Domain suspended

Hi,

I'm running Plesk panel for windows 10.4.4 Update #29
Due to a disk C:\ capacity problem I ran out of disk space.
Domains are installed on D:\ so is Plesk.
This problem is solved temporarily by removing some programs on C:\.
I have not much space left on C:\ (66,6 MB free) but enough to start everything.
It's a cloud server and I need to ask the provider to provide more space.

All 10 domains are running except for one. It has the status: domain suspended.
I tried to activate this domain, but without any result. It's is still suspended.
Is there a solution for this?
Domains are suspended during backup, but no scheduled backup is running for this domain. It's possible that
the disk capacity problem occured during the backup of this domain and so this backup did not finish correctly.
Because of this it's still suspended.

Any advice would be appreciated because domain is down. So is email on this domain.
If you need further information, please let me know.

Thank you in advance,

David
