• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Domain Transfer Help

Gordon Campbell

New Pleskian
Hi. I wonder if somebody could help me. I have a customer who has a domain registered via Enom. The domain shows up as registered with ENOM on a WHOIS lookup. I called them up and they said that it is actually through Plesk that have the domain instead. From what I gather Enom are basically the parent company of Plesk?

I am wanting to gain ownership of a domain which we have the email address of but we didn't initially manage the account. It was created by somebody else 10+ years ago but we don't have any contact any more and our emails have stopped working as there is some form of block on the domain. I am wanting to login to the account to suss this out. ENOM told me to contact Plesk but this is where my issue is - how the hell do I do this??

When I try phone I need to have a ticket number, but to create a ticket I need to have a product license key which I don't have as I don't have a product... it's just a domain I have hosted via Plesk but registered through ENOM (so they told me anyway)

PM me the domain if you wish. I have connections at enom if you need assistance
