• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Domains have no hosting after migration from 9.5 to 10.4

Hi,

we used the migration manager to import the accounts from our old server (plesk 9.5) to our new server (plesk 10.4).

The process ends with no errors, but every domain in every client we migrated has no hosting account associated.

Please advice the correct steps to COMPLETLY import 1 client from plesk 9.5.5 to 10.4.4 using migration manager.

Also, is there any way to get support, like at cPanel? When we have an issue with cPanel, we just open a ticket in their website and is resolved. Or just ask softlayer to pass it to them.
With Plesk we have no way to send our problems directly to you, and iweb refuses to give any help nor to pass our problems to you.

We hope this can solve this, because we have been with this migration issue for over 2 months now, tried different versions of plesk, tried manual import of the accounts and migration manager. Nothing works, we are more than tired.

Regards
Martin R.
