Domains Traffic displays 0.00 MB/Month

Hello ALL

Plesk 8.6 has started to not display Domain Traffic. It simply displays as 0.00 MB/Month in both the Domains panel and under the Traffic Panel

I think it just started with the change of months, but I am not sure. Any ideas?

Hi,

Such problem can relate to not working statistics utility.
Could you confirm statistics page for domains are updated every day?
in Plesk CP > Domains > domain.name > Report > WebStats

Also, you can try running it manually from command line:
# /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics

or for one particular domain as it is suggested in KB http://kb.odin.com/en/393
Do you see any changes in WebStats? Was it updated? What about traffic report?

No It appears that daily stats have not been running in Sept.
I am manully running statistics as reommended and it is finding new records.

Yes traffic reports is empty

running the stats manually solves the issue. I suppose I have lost the cron entry.

the funny thing is its happend to 3 of 4 servers running 8.6

I'm going to guess this is the issue
