• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Domains won't save or delete

I have several issues with Plesk Control Panel:

I am no newbie (although admittedly I am new to Plesk) but here’s what happened:
- I was able to create domains for most of the web sites I want to move
- Some of the web sites I created, however, just don’t show up in IIS!?
- I received errors when setting up several domains, but it still allowed me to continue and still shows me the domain I just created in the list.
- However, there is no FTP access to the sites that are not in IIS and there is no web site to point to
- Then, when I try and delete the domain name to try and re-do it, it won’t delete it. A nice friendly message tells us that the domain has been removed, but right below this idiotic message, the domain remains in the list… what’s going on??

Can I just uninstall it from the server.

As for domains that won't show up in IIS, have you configured physical hosting for them?
