  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue DrWeb Email blocked by admin - can I access the email anywhere on the server?

Ultra Graphics

New Pleskian
A customer of ours recently forwarded an email notification that DrWeb sent. The email was blocked because of a particularly large file that couldn't be scanned. In this case, it was a legitimate email. I understand the why, and I've found forum/website resources on increasing the limits in the DrWeb config file.

My question is, can I access that email anywhere to get it to the customer? I don't see anything in the DrWeb log, nothing in the "infected" file. Is that email just gone for good?

Thank you for any help
