Resolved Dumping Database Problem

Hello Everyone, I'd appreciate anyone can help with the following :
Whenever I do a backup or Dump a database, (ANY DATABASE) from any domain, I receive this :

• mysqldump: Couldn't execute 'SHOW FUNCTION STATUS WHERE Db = '*******'': Column count of mysql.proc is wrong. Expected 21, found 20. Created with MariaDB 50565, now running 100325. Please use mysql_upgrade to fix this error (1558)
• ("program 'mysqldump' finished with non-zero exit code: %d", 2)
  
  It is a fresh server, any advises ?

Update, problem is solved by following this article :

MySQL error in Plesk for Linux: Column count of mysql.user is wrong. Please use mysql_upgrade to fix this error

But am curious why would this happen in first place though
