Email auto-responder doesnt working...

hi,

Few weeks ago, we had a problem about file / directories permissions, an human error (chown command).

We recovered the original permissions, using a parallels procedure.

After the restoration, our email auto-responders stopped working at all, for all domains and emails.

Servers specs:
linux centos 5.5
plesk 10.4.4
dedicated server / full ssh access
