email autoresponder not working in plesk 9.5.3 with centos 5

Hi,

Setup new server using Plesk 9.5.3 with centos 5 couple of months ago. Today tried setting up email autoresponder for specific a email account from the Plesk control panel. On the Plesk panel autoresponder shows as working but in reality email is not working. Tried with other domains and emails and the result is the same. I also checked the inbox and message gets caught in inbox while testing autoresponder.

Is this a bug in Plesk 9.5.3? Any direction that could help me resolve this issue is greatly appreciated.

Try to find any related errors in Plesk maillog /usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog at least.

Thank you for your response and advice.

I tried looking at the maillog you specified but cant seem to locate error associated with email autoresponder.

Infact I created email autoresponder for test@mydomain.com and sent an email from sendfrom@gmail.com to test@mydomain.com as a test. Below is the log for test@mydomain.com email.

No error message for autoresponder. I have changed actual email to test@mydomain.com

Can you please help me where else I can look into.
