• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Any ideas on how to fix it?

Go to schedule manager for the server and remove notification for the cron job statistics.

But that doesn't fix the actual issue of the email not working.

That email has nothing to do with email not working.

It is an issue with the way they are sending that email and format of it.

It is not due to email not working or due to Mailenable.

If you are having a problem with email, please post more information.

I understand that, and my inquiry is how could I fix the way they are sending the mail. Shouldn't Modernbill endeavor to make sure all their mail they send out is within specification and standards.

Did you read the email? Did you see what it is running?

It isn't ModernBill.

It is Plesk and that is the email letting you know it is running statistics.

I apologize, got mixed up, I meant shouldn't the email from Plesk be standards compliant, and thus not run into this issue?

I agree it should. But I am waiting to see what happens in 7.0.

At this point we have 6.5.2 operating as good as it is probably going to get. I'm waiting on 7.0 now.
