email migration from CPanel to Plesk

planning to migrate all of my domain from CPanel to Plesk , i installed new Plesk with trial license for test , i want to migrate Email-Account in CPanel including the password to Plesk ?

i tried get one of email account password in CPanel

test.kris:$1$glI.8gID$s1eIh/ya1242vRvMdsZpw/:15111::::::

in Plesk i created the domain and add manual the emailaccount

/usr/local/psa/bin/mail --create test.kris@mydomain.com -passwd '$1$glI.8gID$s1eIh/ya1242vRvMdsZpw/:15111' -passwd_type encrypted -mailbox true

showed in databases

but i cannot login using that password , always showed Login Failed or Invalid Password. any clue ?

":15111" is not a part of the password. Also it is preferable to pass password via environment.

it worked now sir , so many thx for your information. i`ll try to migrate one of my domain tommorow , hope it will be fine

just migrated 2 domain and email password is exact like in CP , it worked like charm.

1 more question how to migrate FTP Password ? tried same way but didnt work , any idea ?
