• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Emails do not leave the email queue

PREFA

New Pleskian
Hello and good day!
I have a problem with sending e-mails that I cannot solve on my own:
After a server migration: The outgoing mails do not leave the email queue. First there is a green tick, then a red arrow (means postponed) The mails will not be sent later either.
MX lookup looks good.
But all mails are received without errors.
Maybe someone had the problem before?
Thanks in advance!

Have you looked into the mail log to see what is actually happening to single mails that stay in the queue?

It affects every email address, except the one hosted on my own server. These are delivered as normal

Are the IPs 64.233.167.26 and 2a00:1450:400c:c0a::1a blocked by Fail2Ban on your own server?
If a connection to these Google server is not possible, it is for sure an issue with an ip block.

Many thanks for the help.

The solution is this:

By default, IONOS blocks port 25 for outgoing connections on all new servers. You have to contact the support, then they will check and open the port for you. After setting up the server, at least I didn't see any evidence of it.

My emails are arriving, yeah

Have a nice day everyone!
