Error 1069 at StartService 'Apache2': The service did not start due to a logon failure

when we try to restart or start Plesk Control Panel on Plesk Services Monitor, i get this error.
what must i do for this?

Check your event log, you should find there a message about User who cannot log on because he password period has exspired. So change this period to never exspire :) This should help
 
I did the following to correct the "Error 1069" message :

1) Windows START >> Programs >> Accessories >> Command Prompt
2) "%plesk_bin%\plesksrvclient.exe"
3) Re-entered Plesk admin password
4) "%plesk_bin%\apache.exe" -n PleskControlPanel -k uninstall
5) "%plesk_bin%\apache.exe" -n PleskControlPanel -k install
6) From Task Manager started the PleskControlPanel Service
